LG launches GT540 Swift Android Phone

LG introduced at the CES 2010 its second Android mobile phone, the GT540 Swift, after the GW620. The Swift feature a 320×480 resistive touchscreen (oh..) and a 3 Megapixel autofocus camera. It runs Android 2.0 OS with S-Class-like UI.

Verizon LG Chocolate Touch

Chocolate Touch was announced as being available yesterday over at Verizon. The LG Chocolate Touch is designed for those who love music and comes equipped with Dolby Mobile sound. On the music side of the phone it has an FM radio, integrated song ID, dedicated side key for access to songs and for connectivity to headsets, Bluetooth is also included.
Software built in to the phone has a feature called “Join the Band” where a drum kit is launched on the screen allowing users to tap away to music and join in. As well as having the band feature the phone also has the Join the Band piano function that allows users to join in music on an 88 key on-screen piano.
The phone also has Dolby Mobile Equalizer which allows the sound to be adjusted to fit the mood of the song or the style you prefer to listen to. Other features on the equalizer include Natural Base, High Frequency Enhancer and Sound Level Controller.
The Chocolate Touch allows access to social networking too with access to Twitter, Facebook and MySpace being possible.
The phone has a 3.2 megapixel camera allowing some half decent shots to be taken.

LG launches the GD510 Pop Touchscreen Phone

LG Electronics unveils the GD510 Pop touchscreen phone, which carries a 3.0-inch WQVGA display in a brushed aluminum finish. The device comes with an 8GB internal memory as well as a 3.0 megapixel camera. An optional solar panel add-on is also available so that users could maximize the power of the sun for charging their battery –certified cost-efficient.
The LG Pop GD510 will be available in Europe in October, with more markets to follow. Pricing and exact availability have not been announced.
