ViewSonic has just announced its latest portable media player(PMP) to its MovieBook lineup.The model is called ViewSonic MovieBook VPD550T PMP.ViewSonic MovieBook VPD550T PMP comes equipped with a 5-inch touchscreen LCD display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, 8GB internal memory, and a microSD card slot.ViewSonic MovieBook VPD550T PMP can be connected to a HDTV via HDMI output that play 1080p HD resolution.ViewSonic MovieBook VPD550T PMP has a battery that provides up to 20 hours when listening to music and four hours of video playback.

Latest Aluratek Cinepal 8.9-inch PMP

Aluratek introduces latest Cinepal 8.9-inch portable media player at the CES 2010. The Cinepal has 4GB built-in memory and a SD/SDHC card slot. It gets a 8.9-inch 720p LCD display a built-in lithium ion rechargeable battery for up to six hours of continuous use.
The Aluratek Cinepal supports MP3, WMA audio, DivX, AVI, VOB, DAT, MPG, MPEG, H.264, MKV and RM/RMVB video as as well JPEG image files. There is also a USB port for external storage.
Aluratek also announced the Brick iPod/iPhone speaker dock with built-in amplifier, a Wi-Fi Internet Radio featuring an alarm and a USB 3.0 docking enclosure with a USB 3.0 PCI card.

Cydle P29A Portable Media Player/Mobile TV

Cydle will introduces at the CES 2010 its P29A portable media player/mobile TV combo. The compact P29A has a 2.9-inch touchscreen and supports audio playback, video playback and image viewing. It is equipped with ASTC digital standard for Mobile TV technology as well.
The Cydle P29A is expected to be introduced in Q2 2010 for an estimated retail price of $199.

RAmos releases T17FHD 1080p PMP Portable Media

RAmos releases in China its new mumu T17FHD Full HD portable media player that is capable of playing 1920×1080 video files. The T17FHD features a 4.3-inch 800×480 touchscreen and offers HDMI output.
RAmos’ new player supports most media formats including H.264, MKV, RMVB, AVI, MOV, MPG, MPEG1/2/4, DAT, MOV, MP4, TS as well as AC3, Dolby, DTS audio codecs. It can play MP3 ,WMA, RM, OGG, AAC, FLAC and APE audio files. There are also image viewer and voice recorder.

Chinese PMP maker RAmos is back with their new affordable HD-capable PMP namely the RAmos T9HD. The player is based on the Rockchip RK2806 chipset and sports a 4.3-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, an 8GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a voice recorder, a text reader, a USB 2.0 interface, TV-out and supports 30fps playback for RM/RMVB, FLV, AVI, WMV, MPG as well as HD video playback (1280 x 720). Hallods F43 HD PMP with 720p Screen

Japanese company Hallods introduces the new F43 portable media player that comes with a 4.3-inch 1280×720p HD LCD display. The player supports MPEG4, FLC, H.263, AVI, RM/RMVB, DivX-WVGA video formats as well as MP3, WMA, WAV, FLAC and APE audio files. There is also image viewer for JPEG, BMP, PNG and a TXT reader.
The Hallods F43 has 8GB internal memory and supports microSDHC up to 16GB. However, unlike some Chinese MP4 players, the F43 lacks HDMI output. It is priced at 18,900 Yen.

Ramos launches in China, the T10RK media player, an upgrade to the T10. The packs T10RK Rock Chip’s RK2806 chipset for “real” HD abd MKV decoding of H.264 video format. Ramos’s new PMP has a 4.3-inch 800 × 480 LCD display and 8GB internal memory.
Other than H.264 and MKV, therefore, can handle the T10RK MPG, RM / RMVB, AVI, FLV, VOB video files as well as most audio and image files. It has a USB OTG / HOST port for expansion.
