Viliv N5 MID and S10 Blade Tablet PC Official

Viliv officially announced two new compact netbook/MID/UMPC, the N5 Go-Everywhere PC and the S10 Blade multitouch tablet PC. Both devices are based on Atom processor and can be equipped with support for HSPA, TD-SCDMA, EVDO, WiMAX 4G connectivity.

The Viliv N5 is a compact netbook with a 4.8-inch 1024×600 touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard. It sports an Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB SSD for storage. It gets integrated GPS navigation, a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and a microSD card slot.
Viliv’s S10 Blade, on the other hand, is a netbook tablet with a 10.1-inch swivel LCD display with 1366×768 resolution and multitouch. It is equipped with Atom Z530 1.6GHz or Z550 2GHz processor, 1GB of memory and up to 128GB SSD. The Blade has QWERTY keyboard as well. The battery allows up to 10 hours of use.

Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid Notebook

Apart from launching the Skylight Smartbook, Lenovo also made a statement at the CES when they rolled out the Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid Notebook. The IdeaPad U1 Notebook features a unique, all new PC form factor, there is a 11.6-inch LED multitouch display which can be removed and used as an independent slate tablet.
The clamshell device basically combines a Tablet and a Notebook into one with each device having its own processor. The Notebook boast an Intel Core 2 Duo CULV processor with Windows 7 while the tablet slate is powered by a Qualcomm SnapDragon processor and runs Lenovo’s customized Skylight Linux OS. Other specs includes a integrated webcam, 3G connectivity, WiFi and Bluetooth.
The Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid will be available on 1 June 2010 for $999.1. It has a fashionable scarlet red exterior.

Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3t and S10-3 Netbooks

Lenovo brings two new Pine Trail-powered IdeaPad netbooks, the S10-3 and the S10-3t multitouch capacitive convertible netbook tablet. Boosted by the new Intel Atom N450/N470 processor, these new netbooks is equipped with Intel GMA3150 integrated graphics, up to 2GB of RAM and up to 320GB hard drive.
Both S10-3t and S10-3 have 10.1-inch LED-backlit display. The screen of S10-3t is built with Lenovo NaturalTouch responsive fingertip touch screen technology and can swivel 180 degrees and fold over to transform into a touch tablet. They support Bluetooth and WiFi as well as optional WiMAX, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TS-SCDMA. You can also expect a 1.3 Megapixel wbecam, stereo speakers with Dolby Headphone certification, and 6-in-1 card reader. Other features include Maplife1 location-based mapping software, VeriFace face recognition and Active Protection System to protect the PC hard drive from sudden bumps or falls.

Onkyo NX707A4 7-inch Tablet PC launched in Japan

Onkyo will release a new tablet netbook, the Onkyo NX707A4. The 7-inch tablet PC has a built-in GPS module, a touchscreen display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, an Intel Atom Z520 processor clocked at 1.33GHz, 80GB of hard drive, 1GB of RAM, Intel US15W chipset, 2 USB ports, an ExpressCard/34 slot, SD/SDHC/MMC/Memory Stick Pro slots, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11n and a two webcams (3-megapixel and 0.3-megapixel webcams). This Onkyo NX707A4 runs under Windows 7 operating system. Additionally, the tablet netbook has a battery life of up to 3 hours. The tablet PC weighs 720g and measures 193 x 132 x 22mm, and it will be released in Japan during Christmas holiday for a price of $680.

Malata Releases R108T Tablet PC

Here’s another budget-friendly tablet netbook from a Chinese PC maker Malata, the R108T. Available in a range of colors including Ferrari Red, Piano Black, Coffee, Gold and Champagne, the netbook offers a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 rotating screen with touch feature, an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz CPU, a 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, a 1.3MP webcam, WiFi, a 3400mAh battery and runs on Windows 7 OS. The R108T is currently only available in China for a price tag of $439.

Archos 9 PCtablet

Archos releases in the UK its Archos 9 PCtablet, which is claimed to be “The Future of Netbooks”. Basically, the Archos 8 is netbook tablet with a 8.9-inch touchscreen display running Windows 7 Starter OS.
Archos 9 PCtablet is boosted by Intel Atom Z510 1.1GHz processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM and an onboard Intel Poulsbo US15W graphics that is capable of 1080p video playback. It gets 60GB hard drive. The tablet supports WiFi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR. It includes an optical finger navigation system with a trackpoint and mouse buttons. There is also a 1.3 Megapixel webcam and two built-in speakers.
The Archos 9 PCtablet measures 256 x 134 x 17 mm and weighs just 800 grams. It is available in the UK for GBP449.99 and will be released in the US soon for $499.99.

Gigabyte Booktop M1022 and TouchNote T1028 Tablet PC

It’s been awhile since we heard anything about Gigabyte’s Booktop M1022 netbook with dock or its tablet pc, the TouchNote T1028 — but it looks like both have finally landed on US shores. If you’ve forgotten, the 10.1-inch Booktop M1022 boasts a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 1.3 megapixel camera, optional integrated WWAN, VGA output, an Ethernet port, ExpressCard slot, 4-in-1 multicard reader, and its got Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, and WiFi.The TouchNote features nearly identical specs, with a swivelling touchscreen panel. The M1022 and the T1028 can both be ordered now on Amazon, for $449 and $599 respectively.

Asus Eee PC T91 Hits the US market for $499

Asus has just launched their new Eee PC T91 in the US market. The new Asus T91 tablet netbook comes with a 8.9 inch touchscreeen and is powered by Intel Atom Z520. To speed up your processing it includes 1 GB of ram and 16GB of hard drive. It may not be enough but I believe you can always use an external storage device to store and access your data.
Just like any other Asus Eee Pc it features a build-in webcam, Wifi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth connectivitiy. You can now buy the Asus Eee PC T91 tablet from BigDig.com for $499.

Asus Eee PC T101H Tablet Netbook

As reported by AsusTablet, Asus UK has released the final specs of the Asus’ Eee PC T101H tablet netbook. and will start to sell in the UK by the end of August / early September 2009. The T101H sports a 10.1-inch LED-backlit multi-touch LCD panel at 1024×600 resolution, a 1GB RAM (upgradeable up to 2GB), a 16GB of SSD, 5.4 hour of battery usage, 4-in-1 memory card reader (SD/SDHC, MMC, memory cards), and Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor which already found on the 8.9-inch T91, its predecessor. Other features include WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G module for connectivity, including an integrated digital TV tuner. No idea on pricing and OS, but we have an idea that the Eee PC T101H will be available in the UK by the end of August / early September 2009. Watch the hand-on video after the jump
